Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope Pays $395,000 for Discriminating

During a routine compliance evaluation, OFCCP determined that Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope Inc, discriminated against female, white and black applicants that applied for their Loader and Uploader positions while favoring Hispanic male applicants. The discriminatory hiring practices violated Executive Order (EO 11246) that prohibits federal contractors and sub-contractors from discriminating based on race, national origin, or gender.
