1.    Payment Terms

Payment terms are within CRI’s sole discretion; payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. handles payments, CRI does not store, have access, or keep on file any client credit card information.  This information is strictly kept securely with according to’s policies.

2.    Information Accuracy

Users of our e-learning program are responsible for ensuring that they have accurately entered their employee and company information.  This information will be visible in reports and on certificates of completion.  Incorrect information could impact the reporting to a government agency that your employees have taken the course.  Incorrect employee email addresses will result in your employee not receiving the course login credentials and instructions.

3.    Privacy Policy

CRI takes the privacy of our clients and our client’s employees very seriously.  At no time will we make available any information to any third party.  This would include the registered company administrator, company name, company address, information regarding the number of employees that have taken our course, passing scores, headcount of managers or employees, employees name, email address, course that an employee has taken or any other information that we may have regarding a client/company or their employee’s.

4.    Service and Support

Service and support offerings may vary from program to program. CRI reserves the right to change, alter, or discontinue current service at any time.

5.    Consent to Communication

You consent to receive communications from us and agree that we may communicate with the client administrator by email or phone.  CRI will only communicate with the client’s employees to provide course login information and instructions.  Additional communication with a client’s employees would be related to course questions; this type of communication must be initiated by the client employee.  The state of California requires that CRI provide contact information to a course instructor to assist users/employees with taking CRI’s online course.  Other than the above-mentioned contact with a client’s employees, CRI will not contact, solicit, market to, or have any communication with client employees.

The contents of the Website are protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and elsewhere. The contents of this Website or courses include content owned and controlled by CRI.  The Website is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or access to the Website or courses.

7.  General

CRI retains the right to change the terms of this policy from time to time; however, the terms of the “Privacy Policy” and “Consent to Communicate” will remain in effect.
