EEO-1 Survey

The EEO-1 Report is a survey conducted annually that provides employment data on gender, race and job categories. The survey is mandatory, and the information in the report is used to enforce Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and by private attorneys, researchers, affirmative action plan specialists, and human resource departments.

Who Needs to File an EEO-1 Survey?

  • Private employers with 100 or more employees
  • Federal government contractors with 50 or more employees and a contract of $50,000
  • First-tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees and a subcontract of $50,000

VETS-4212 Report

The filing season for Vets 4212 opened on August 1, 2016, and will be closed on September 30, 2016. The 4212 report requires federal contractors to report on the number of protected veterans who have been hired or are currently employed. The dollar threshold for filing has been raised recently, and we recommend federal contractors carefully review the following information.

Who Needs to File a Vets 4212 Report?

  • Federal contractors or subcontractors with contracts in the amount of $150,000 or more entered after October 1, 2015
  • Federal contractors or subcontractors with contracts in the amount of $100,000 or more entered before October 1, 2015
