The OFCCP is a division of the U.S. Department of Labor. The OFCCP is responsible for ensuring that companies that do business with the federal government do not discriminate and take affirmative action to ensure that discrimination does not exist.The OFCCP conducts approximately 4,000 audits per year. Audits are designed to review contractor compliance with EEO/AA regulations.
